I hate 800s. But I love them. I did legs and back earlier this morning, so my legs were a little tired, but overall they felt pretty good. My lungs, on the other hand...let's just say my diaphragm is pissed right now! I finished my 1.5 mile cool down with my thumb jabbed up into my rib cage to get rid of a wicked stitch, but I feel good knowing what doesn't kill me makes me stronger...right?
